“I would like to pass on my utmost thanks for the amazing service that Peter showed towards my mother, Mrs Wells, a couple of weeks ago.
There were some problems with my mother’s chair when Peter came to complete the service on Friday and we didn’t think anything further could be done to fix the chair until the following Monday. As my mother was suffering from a very bad back at the time, I was worried about her not being able to get up and down the stairs without her chair. Peter went out of his way on the Saturday to go and get the new part that was needed and then came to my mother’s house at Cleveland to fix the chair.
I can’t begin to tell you how much we appreciated what Peter did to help Mum. I know he was supposed to have the day off, but the kindness and helpfulness that he showed in fixing the chair was amazing.
