Taking Lota to the Next Level

4 levels, 56 stairs... why wouldn't you install a Passenger Lift into your home?

Over the past 2 years, we have seen a significant increase in the number of homeowners wanting to include a lift in their home renovation projects. Earlier this year, the Simplex Construction Team installed another Elite Home Lift into a waterfront residence in Lota, Queensland.

Our client wanted to futureproof their property, ensuring that their age won't limit their ability to move independently and safely throughout their home. The lift will also provide direct access to the rooftop entertaining area where they can enjoy their 360 degree view of the bay.

Our clients worked directly with Simplex Project Manager, Ryan, to choose functionalities and finishes that suit their needs and style.

It's safe to say, one of the main reasons the homeowners picked this property was because of the spectacular view. It was important that the lift complemented this view, rather than obstruct it. With this in mind, we installed the lift into a glass tower and implemented a feature glass panel into one of the lift car walls, giving users a view when moving between levels.

Other luxurious features that separate this lift from others on the market include the touch panel, light control and near silent operation.
