Our client, Ms. Nancy recently celebrated her 102nd birthday and continues to live independently in her own home in Brisbane.
In spite of the Covid lockdown that was taking place on her birthday, Ms. Nancy said she had a lovely day and got to spend time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren once the lockdown had ended.
In September 2020, Nancy was referred to the team here at Simplex by her Occupational Therapist (OT). Our Project Manager went to site to meet both herself and the OT, assess Nancy’s needs and measure her staircase. After this our Project Manager provided a tailored quote for a brand new Simplex Stair Lift, supplied, installed and maintained by our team of technicians.
Once installed, a member of our team visited Ms Nancy to ensure she was happy with the end result. Safe to say, she was!
Nearly one year later, Nancy is still loving her Simplex Stair Lift.
“Before I had my Stair Lift I couldn’t get down the stairs some days. It’s so great, it helps me move around my home so easily. I also enjoy sitting on the chair on warmer days, helps me get some sun.”
