Designed by Morriarchi Architecture and built by Gray Constructions, this property is truly the definition of grandeur.
When the homeowners requested a Home Lift to be included in their project plans, Simplex was suggested to Morriarchi Architecture by the Gray contractors, who had worked with the Simplex team on previous projects.
With such picturesque surroundings, the design of the home called for expansive living areas and neutral colour palette to complement the landscape.
The Simplex project team worked closely with Morriarchi to customise a lift that reflected the home’s minimalistic design.
