Simplex Elevators COVID-19 Update

Simplex Elevators is strictly following the advice from health authorities and medical professionals in an effort to reduce the impact of Brisbane’s most recent COVID-19 outbreak.

All of our staff, both in the office and out in the field are fully vaccinated and equipped with specially designed hygiene packs to combat the virus.

Where possible, we have implemented working from home and other procedures that allow our staff to socially distance and continue to work safely.

As always, our clients and communities in which we operate are our number 1 priority. Our clients welcome us into their homes and businesses, this is a privilege we take very seriously.

The ever-evolving COVID-19 situation is likely to impact the high-quality service we pride ourselves on and we apologise for any inconveniences caused.

We are experiencing some delays due to staff shortages and increased safety measures. In some cases, we may be forced to cancel and reschedule booked appointments.

If any Simplex staff member is to contract the virus, they will be sent into quarantine immediately and not be permitted to return to work until they have tested negative for COVID-19.

We can appreciate that this is a difficult time for Queenslanders and take this opportunity to extend our well wishes to our clients and their family members.

We look forward to remaining available for any assistance required during these unprecedented times.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding how Simplex Elevators is managing the Coronavirus, please do not hesitate to contact us.
