Today our lovely client, Mrs Elizabeth Jordan celebrates her 109th birthday and has been named as Queensland’s Oldest Woman.
Mrs Jordan has been living in her Ipswich home since 1936 and has revealed in a previous interview her secrets to living a long and active life.
“The secret is, don’t sit at home, there’s always places to go,” Mrs Jordan said.
With the help of her external Simplex Stair Lift, Mrs Jordan can safely travel down her porch steps, allowing her to play Bocce and indoor bowls with her friends, when Covid-19 restrictions allow.
The technicians always look forward to her annual lift service, they have described her as having a “cheeky and fun nature.”
